Morning
Imagine an operator with 60 units across four buildings and a central linen room. The morning starts with the building approvals whose deadlines fall today.
Supplies
A cleaner's count brings a unit's toilet paper down to its reorder level. A low-stock alert and a supply request open, and a supervisor transfers stock from the warehouse.
Crews
Each crew sees only its assigned units: the inspection team sees inspections, and maintenance sees its work orders.
End of the week
Leadership reviews occupancy by building and the cleaning QA pass rate, with each metric's definition on the page.
Questions
Can we report across several of our companies?
Aggregate reporting across related companies is coming soon. Today each company is its own workspace, and one person can belong to more than one.
Do you support single sign-on?
Not today. Single sign-on (SAML) and automated user provisioning (SCIM) are not available.
Is there an API?
Yes, in beta, on plans that include API access: a REST API (v1) with scoped API keys, OAuth for apps you connect, and signed webhooks. The developer documentation lists every endpoint and scope. Door codes, bank details and passwords are never available through the API.
