Accessibility Statement

We want property owners, guests, vendors, and community members with different abilities and ways of using technology to be able to access our information and contact us. Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining this website, not a one-time claim.

1. Our commitment

We aim to provide a clear, respectful, and usable digital experience. That includes considering visitors who navigate by keyboard, use screen readers or magnification, rely on captions, have limited dexterity, distinguish colors differently, or benefit from plain language and predictable layouts.

We treat accessibility feedback as useful product information. When we confirm a barrier within our control, we will assess its impact, available alternatives, and a reasonable path to improvement.

2. Accessibility objective

Our objective is to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the public website. Some third-party tools and property media may have limits outside our direct control.

We use a mix of automated checks, keyboard review, screen-reader considerations, zoom testing, contrast review, and human usability feedback to guide improvements.

3. Practices we are working to support

Our design and maintenance work is intended to support the following practices across the public website.

  • Logical heading structure, descriptive page titles, meaningful link labels, and plain-language instructions.
  • Keyboard access with visible focus and a sensible navigation order for interactive controls.
  • Text alternatives for informative images and labels or instructions for form fields.
  • Readable color contrast, layouts that reflow at increased zoom, and information that does not rely on color alone.
  • Clear validation and error messages, reduced unnecessary motion, and respect for available user preferences.

4. Known limits and third-party content

Some embedded maps, videos, reservation tools, chat features, documents, or links may be provided by independent platforms. A feature is present only if it is actually enabled. We can choose and configure providers carefully, but we do not control every part of their interface or every update they release.

Older documents, user-supplied property media, or newly introduced features may not yet meet our accessibility objective. If an inaccessible format prevents you from getting information, please request a practical alternative.

5. Getting help or an alternative format

If a website feature is difficult to use, you may ask for help, a reasonable communication alternative, or information in another available format. Use a verified contact method displayed on the website and tell us what page or task is involved, what barrier you encountered, and which format or method would help.

Please do not include disability, medical, identity, payment, or other sensitive details unless they are necessary for us to understand and respond to the request. Availability and response time can depend on the request, but we will make a good-faith effort to identify a workable next step.

6. Reporting an accessibility barrier

Useful reports may include the page address, the device and browser used, any assistive technology involved, and a short description of what you expected to happen. This information is optional and should be limited to what you are comfortable sharing.

We will route a report to the person responsible for the relevant content or feature. Complex fixes, third-party dependencies, or changes that affect security may take additional investigation; where practical, we will look for an interim way to provide the requested information.

7. Ongoing review

Accessibility is part of design, content, maintenance, and quality-review routines. Priorities are informed by impact, frequency, feasibility, and direct feedback from people encountering barriers.

This statement is updated after meaningful accessibility reviews or material site changes. It describes our ongoing approach and does not guarantee that every interaction will be barrier-free.
